The learned counsel aopearinq on behalf of the petitioner mainlv outs forth the followinq ouestions:

(i) The Court of Junior Civil Judge at Station Ghanpur, Jangaon District is not disposing I.A.^No.685of 2023 in O.S. No. 530 of 2023 expeditiously.

(ii) The I.A. No.685 of 2023 in O.S. No. 530 of 2023 on the file of Junior Civil Judge at Station Ghanpur,^Jangaon District has been filed seeking the^prayer as under;

"The Hon'ble Court may be pleased to^grant an ex parte ad interim injunction in my favour restraining the respondents/defendants and their^{men from any} way interfering/disturbing my^{peaceful possession and} enjoyment over the suit schedule^{propertyuntil the} final disposal of the above^{suit as prayed for, in the} interest of^justice".

(iii) The I.A. No. 685 of 2023 in O.S. No. 530 of 2023 has been kept pending since 2023. The application filed by the petitioner has been remained pending with the trial court, though a vakalat was filed on behalf of the respondents for the purpose of filing a counter affidavit and the matter was posted to 11.o9.2023. However, from then till date there has been no progress in the matter.

,iiv) There is interference by the respondent for the cultivation activities of the petitioner though the respondent does not have any legal right over the suit schedule property. The petitioner is unable to cultivate the.subject property in view ol'the interference by the respondents herein and the subject suit schedule property is the agricultural land which is the only source of income to the petitioner herein.

The civir Revision petition is disposed of directing the Junior civir Judge at station Ghanpur, Jangaon District to dispose of r.A. No. 6g5 of 2oz3 in o.s. No. 53o of 2023 on the file of Junior civil Judge at station Ghanpur, Jangaon District filed on 31.og.2o23 on merits seeking to grant an ex parte ad interim injunction in favour of petitioner/plaintiff restraining the respondents/defendants and their men thereunder from any way interfering/disturbing his peacefur possession and enjoyment over the suit schedule property expeditiously within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order in a.ccordance to law by giving notice to all concerned. However, there shall no order as to costs.
