Public Prosecutor submitted that the present Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioners-accused Nos.1 to 3 seeking to quash the proceedings against them in Crime No.275 of 2021 of Abid Road Police Station, Hyderabad; that in the present crime, final report is filed by the police on 29.06.2022 stating that the file is closed due to^'lack of evidence', and thus, the cause in the present Criminal Petition does not survive for adjudication.
