However, the petitioners have resubmitted the present application, and at their request, the matter is posted today. Since the petitioners’ counsel has failed to represent the matter, the preliminary question that falls for consideration is whether the petition is maintainable for the reliefs sought, namely, recall of the order dated 03.02.2026 passed in Crl.P.No.185 of 2021. Post this matter for hearing on 06.05.2026.
