This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of The Code of Criminal Procedure (for short, 'Cr.P.C) seeking to quash the proceedings against the petitioners in C.C.No.862 of 2020, on the file of the learned Special Mobile Court at Nalgonda, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 447 and 427 read with 34 of IPC
