This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 528 Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short 'BNSS') by the petitioner/accused No.'1 seeking to quash the proceedings against him in C.C.No.737 of 2025 on the file of learned I Additional Junior Civil Judge-cum-l Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class at Kushaiguda, Medchal-Malkajgiri District.

Heard Dr.Challa Srinivas Reddy, learned counsel for petitioner and Sri Jithender Rao Veeramalla, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent No.1-State.

Learned counsel for the petitioner restricted his arguments to the extent of dispensing with the presence of the petitioner before the trial court
