Learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions would submit that as the parties have amicably setfled their disputes before the LokAdalat, the offences in C.C.No.1012 of 2020 were compounded on 21 .12-2025 before the learned Additional Judicial Magistrate of First class at Bhongir. Thus, nothing further remains in this matter for consideration and prays for dismissal of the petition.

I have perused the materials on record

Having regard to the prayer of the petitioner and the developments that transpired during the pendency of this petition especially as the Calendar Case itself has been closed and the offences were compounded, it is clear that nothing further remains in this matter for deliberation.
