Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is the owner and drivcr of the car bearing No.TS08JD0540 and is eking out his livclihood by depending on the said vehicle. Unless this Court n'rodifies the condition irrposed by the trial Court, the petitioner would be put to great hardship.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that a reasonable amount may be fixed by this Court

Taking into consideration the peculiar facts and circurnstances of the case and the submissions made by the respective parties, the condition imposcd by the leamed trial Court is modified, directing the petitioner to execute a personal bond for a sum of Rs.20,000/(Rupees Twenty-fhousand only) with one surety to the satislaction of the I Additional District and Sessions Judge, Ranga Reddy District at
