This Criminal Petition has been filed secking to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.4299 ol 2019, on the hle of the IX Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, Hyderabad, rvherein thc petitioner was arraycd as accused, for the offence punishable under Section 6T (A) of the [nformation and Technolog, Act, 2008 (for short 1TA').

Heard Mr. T.Venkat Rathnam, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. M. Ramachandra Reddy, learned Additional Public Prosccutor for respondent No. I -State.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitt,r I that though the petitioner is attending the Trial Courl on e: :h and every adjournmenl, LW- 1 is not co-operating for clispos rl of the case and thc matter under*.ent several adjournment:;. -he pctitioner is drivirrg from Bangalore to Punc to attend thr:^' rial Courl on each and evcry adjournment, as such the ler -ned counsel sought for drspensing with the presence of petitio Ler before the Trial Court.
