3, Learned counsel for the^{petitioner submits that the petitioner} retired from service on 30.04.2024 and till^{now, his retirement} benefits were not released^{by the respondents.}

Learned Government Pleader^{submits that the bills pertaining} to the retirement benefits of the^{petitioner are alreadyprocessed '} However, due to dearth of funds,^{the amounts could not be released} to the petitioner on time.^{LearnedGovernment Pleaderfurther} submits that as^per seriatim^{of the token numbers, amountswillbe} released to the beneficiaries.

5, Having regard to the above^{submissions,this Writ petition is} disposed of directing the^{respondentsto release Gratuity amount of} Rs.L,27,304/- with Token^{No.2506513510dated 06.05.2024,}

Commutation amount of Rs.2,11,397/- with Token No.2506513514 dated 06.05.1t)24, Earned Leave amount of Rs.14,08,068/- with Token No.25115509860 dated 06.05.2024, Gross provident Fund amount of [].s;.76,62,230/- with Token/Cheque No.2508979515 dated 20.05.;1024, pertaining to the petitioner, as expeditiously as possible, prefr:rably within a period of ten (10) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
