Learned Government^{Pleadersubmits that the bills pertaining} to the retirement^{benefitsof the petitioner are alreadyprocessed'} However, due^{to dearth of funds, the amounts could not be released} to the^{petitioner on time. Learned GovernmentPleader further} submits that^{as per seriatim of the token numbers'amountswill be} released to^{the beneficiaries.}
