According to the^{petitioner,his brother Chowdmalla} Laxminarayana^{was appointed as Village Servant which was later re-} designated as^{VillageRevenue Assistant vide proceedings dated} 27.7.1gg8 issued^{by respondentNo.2 and the said Chowdmalla} Laxminarayana^{while working as Village Revenue Assistant'died on} 5.3.2017 . In fhose^{circumstances,petitioner made representations} to respondent No.2 on^{10. lO.2Ol7 and to respondent No' 1 on} 7.12.2024, seeking^{to appoint him as Village RevemreAssistant on} compassionate^{ground.s.Since there was no response, petitioner} seeks indulgence^{of this Courtby way of this writ petition'}

The learned Govemment pleader appearing for the respondents submits that since the representations of the petitioner are pending, the respondent Nos. 1 and 2 will consider the same and pass appropriate orders thereon.

Having regard to the submissions made by the respective parties, without going into merits of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the respondent No. 1 to consider and pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 7.12.2024 strictly in accordance with law, AS expeditiously AS possible, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. As a sequel thereto, miscelraneous applications' if any, pending in this writ petition stand crosed- There shall be no order as to costs.
