l.earned counsel for the petitioners submits that this Court clea.rly recorded in the order dated 13.02.2023 in W.P.(PIL) No.3 of 2023 to the effect that learned counsel representing Kamareddy Municipality stated that the said Municipality has already adopted the resolution to withdraw tl.e General Town Planning Scheme (Master Plan) for Kamareddy Municipality. The matter was under consideration with the Government. l,earned counsel further submits that at present, the petitioners have no grievance, but, in case, the respondents intend to act on that Master Plan, the petitioners may be given liberty to file appropriate proceedings.
