It i:; represented by the learned counsel appeanng on behalf of the petitioners and the learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of respondent Nos.2 to 7 that the subject issue in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the order of this Court dated 21.08.2024 passed in W.p. No. 20263 of 2024, hence, the present writ petition could be disposed c,f in terms of the aforesaid order.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made by both the learned counsel appearing on behatf of the petitioners and the learned standing counset appearing on behalf of the respondent Nos.2 to 7 on record and for the reasons alike in the above referred order passed by this Court in W.p.No.2O263 of 2024 dated 2L.O8.2O24, the Writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent Nos.2 to 7 to receive the application of the petitioners seeking electricity service connection to petitioners' subject premises and further to consider the request of the petitioners for release of electricity service connection to the petitioners in accordance to
