The petitioner approached the Court seeking prayer as under:

" ...to issue a writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ declaring the action of the respondents in laying new High Tension Power Line and erection of Electrical Steel Pillar through Sy. Nos. 473, 474, 475 and 476 which is far away from the existing High Tension Power Line is passing through the Sy.Nos. 473 and 474 situated at Kandukur Village and Mandal, Ranga Reddy District without considering our representation dated 30-12-2016 as illegal, arbitrary and against the principles of natural justice and consequently direct them to lay the High Tension 400 K V line in Sy.
