This writ petition is filed seeking for the following relief:

"Issue l/'rit, Order or Direction, more porlicularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the illegal action of the 4th Respondent under his official capacity as sub-Inspector of Police/3rd Respondent for illegal arrest and detention of the Petitioner by violating the guidelines of the Honble Supreme Court of India in case of Amesh Kumar vs State of Bihar and Anr dated 2nd July, 2014 while arresting the petitioner in Crime No. 175 of 2015 on the rtb of the P.S. Chinthapally of Nalgonda Distict as illegal, arbitary, unjust, and violation of Article 2l of the Constitution of India and consequenlly direct the Respondents to pay compensation an amount of Rs5,00,000/- for illegal arrest and detention of the petitioner and pass order or orders as this court deems fit and proper" .
