Heard Ms.Nikita Goenka, tearned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Energy appearing on behalf of respondent No.1 and Sri N.sreedhar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for TGSPDCL, appearing on behalf of the respondent Nos.2 to 5.

subject issue in the^present wrlt petition is squarely covered by the order of this Court dated 24.O9.2024 passed in W.P.No.2640.+ of 2024, hence, the writ petition:ould be disposed of in terms of the aforesaid order.

The writ petition is disposed of directinE the official respondents to receive and process the application of the petitioner dated !2.O2.2O25 vide Reg.No. AL915254777887 lor providing additional load and pass appropriate orders on the said application of the petitioner expeditiously. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
