.^{Heard Sri S. Jagadish, learned counsel for the petitioner,} learned Government Pleader for Services-I for respondent Nos.1 and 2, and Sri Ramesh Chilla, learned Standing Counsel for Municipality, for respondent No.3. Perused the material on record.

The case of the petitioner, in brief, is that the petitioner's father late K. Prakash was appointed as NMR Public Health Worker in the erstwhile Palvancha Gram Panchayat on 01.05.1987. Subsequently, the said Gram Panchayat was upgraded to a Municipality in the year 1993. The petitioner's deceased father completed more than 5 years of service, and he was eligible for regularization of his services as per G.O.Ms.No.212, dated 22.O4.1gg4. The proposals for the regularization of his services are pending before the authorities. UnFortunately, the petitioner's father died on 17.ll.2OL3, leaving behind the petitioner and his mother as his legal representatives. Immediately, within one year from the date of the father's demise, the petitioner made a representation on 06.01.20L4, seeking compassionate appointment. As per the Revised Pension Rules, the Accountant General, Telangana, granted Pension and Gratuity to the petitioner's mother on 13.LL.2014.

However, the case of the^petitioner for compassionate appointment has not been considered till date. The^petitioner, in this regard,^has made another representation to the^respondent authorities^on 16.12.2024, seeking compassionate appointment, but^{no action has} been taken so far. Aggrieved by the^same, the^{petitioner has filed} the present writ^petition.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the^writ petition may be disposed of directing the respondent authorities to consider and pass appropriate orders on the^petitioner's representation dated 16. 12.2024.

At this^juncture, the learned Government Pleader submits that if the representation dated 06.01.2014 is^pending before^the Department, the respondents would consider the same, otherwise, the limitation will be come into force.

Taking into consideration the submission made by learned counsel for the respective^parties, without^going into the merits of the case, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to consider the^petitioner's representations dated 06.01.2014 and 16.12.2024 as per G.O.Ms.No.118, dated 18.08.1999, and^pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of six (6) weeks from the date

of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, in this
