With the consent of both the parties, this Writ petition is taken up for disposal, at the admission stage.

Heard Mr. C.Sai Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Finance appearing for respondent Nos.1, 3 to 5 and learned Government pleader for Home appearing for respondent No.2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner retired from service on 30.06.2024 and till now, his retirement benefits were not released by the respondents.

4, Learned Government^pleader submits that the bills pertaining to the retirement benefits of the petitioner are already processed. However, due to dearth of funds, the amounts could not be released to the petitioner on time. Learned Government pleader further submits that as per seriatim of the token numbers, amounts will be released to the beneficia ries.

Having regard to the above submissions, this Writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to release Gratuity (TS) and (CS) amount of Rs.16,00,000/- with Token No.2522684132, dated

L3.O9.2024, Commutation (TS) and (CS) amount of Rs.16,55,634/with Token No.2522694152, dated t3.09.2024, Leave Encashment amount of Rs.11,31,460/- with Token No,2522699106, dated 12.09.2024, General Provident Fund No.120077/pOL amount of Rs.12,49,725l- with Token No.25Z236L7|S, dated 06.08.2024 and TSGLI No.1500248 amount of Rs.3,03,663/- with Cheque No.244456821, dated 30.t2.2023, pertaining to the petitioner, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of eight (B) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
