No.4661G312024 dated 19-08-2024 wherein rejecting the claim of the petitioner for promotion to the post of Deputy Superintendent of Police (Civil) by showing the reason as he was accused officer in C.No.48lRCTi HRG/2020 is highly illegal, arbrtrary, u nconstitutio na I and violation of Articles 14, 15 and 2'l of the Constitution of lndia and also violation of the Principles of Natural Justice and consequently to suspend the Memo Rc.No.466/G3i2O24 dated 1910812024 by directing the Respondent No. 2 to consider the claim of the Petitioner for promotion to the post of Deputy Superintendent of Police (Civil) without reference to C.No.48/RCT/HRG/2020 before the Honble ACB Court Nampally at Hyderabad.
