Learned Assistant Government pleader for Revenue submits that the respondents will not interfere with the possession of the petitioners over the subject land without following due process of law and requested to pass appropriate order.

In view of the said submissions, the Writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents not to interfere with the possession of the petitioners over the subject land without following due process of law. No order as to costs.
