Heard Sri Sridhar Bhuvanagiri, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, whereas none appears for the petitioner

The grievance of the petitioner in the^present writ^petition is that the police are not conducting a proper and^appropriate investigation in crime No. 147 of 2O15, dated 29.07.2015,^on the file of Women Police Station, Hyderabad, despite the representation by the petitioner for conducting the^{investigation} into the said crime.

A counter affidavit was filed by the respondent No. 2^on 07.06.2016, wherein various facts pertaining to the said^crime were detailed and also stated that investigation^{was also} conducted by the police in connection with the^{said crime and a} charge sheet was also filed before the learned^{XVth Additional} Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Katedhan and the^s€unewas taken on file vide C.C.No.476 of^2015.

Ultimately, the said case was also decided by the said court, w:rere by Accused A1 is found guilty of the offence under Section 't98(A) of Indian penal code, 1960, while A2 and A4 are found not guilty and were acquitted by the said court.

In 'iew of the above, the cause in the present writ petition no,longer survives for adjudication. Accordingly, this writ Petition ir; dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
