Regard being had to the similitude of the qtrestion involved in these petitions, the matters were alalogously heard.

Learned counsel for the petitioners after arguing for quite some time, seeks to withdraw these peLitions with the liberty to the petitioners to comply with the conditions/ shortcomings mentioned in the notices issued in all the writ petitions and thereafter, prefer appropriate applications before the pollution Control Board to lift the stop production order.

Learned Standing Counsel for the pollution Control Board undertakes that if such applications showing compliance are filed, the same shall be decided within fifteen days therefrom.
