Learned Counsel for both sides submits that thc connected matter in W.P.No.19106 ol 2010 liled bv the State Government against the order in LGC.No.767 ol 1997 passed by the Special Court uncler thc A.P. Land was Grabbing (Prohibition) Act, 1982, Hyderabad, dismissed by the Divisiqn Bench of this Court on 2a.o5.2025.

In vieu, of the submissions made by both sides and in vien, of the dismissal of W.P.No.19106 of 2010 on 28.05.2025, the interim order passed by this Court in I.A.No.1 of 2Ol9 in W.P.No.4139 of 2Ol9 dated28.O2.2019 is made absolute. Accordingly, thc u'rit petition is disposed of.

It is made clear that mere registral.ion of the document does not confer title on the subject propcrty and it is also made clear that this order^u ould not^have aly bearing on all those matters where title/rights of the partles are pending before the authorities either rn revision/appeals for adjudication and in any other case th!; order also does not preclude the partir:s in asserting
