This writ petition is frled to declare the action of the respondents in not conducting the survey and not fixing the boundaries for the petitioner,s agricultural land admeasuring Ac.1-20 gts in Sy.No.248, Ac.O-26 gts in Sy.No.249/2 and. Ac.2_ 34 gts in Sy.No.253/A/2, situated at Atchuthapuram Viiiage, Aswaraopet Mandal, Bhadradri Kothagudem District (for short "the subject lald") pursuant to the petitioner,s F_line application dated l |.O4.2O2S, as illegal, arbitrary arrd for consequential relief.

Learned counsel for the petiLioner would sr bmit that the petitioner is the absolute owner ald possessor rf the subject 1ald, and her name is also mutated in the revenrr : records, and a pattadar passbook and title deed were also ssued in her faovur in respect of the subject land uide lKhatz No.368. He further submitted that the boundaqr stones of _. .e petiLioner's Iand were misplaced, and to avoid unnecessary lisputes with her neighbouring landlords, she had submitt :d an F-line application through the Bhu-Bharathi portal uidz reference No. TTDER0225O7229444 dated 11.O4.2025 to res: rndent Nos.4 and 5 with a request to conduct survey, demarcatr the aforesaid land by hxing the boundaries. Despite ceiving and acknowledging the said F-line application, resl> rndent Nos.4 and 5 are not taking action. Aggrieved by the sarr :, tl're present writ petition is hled.

The learned Assistant Governmeht pleader for Revenue would submit that the petitioner has already I ubmitted an F-line application on 1l .O4 .2025 through the . ihu-Bharathi portal for survey, demarcate the aforesaid land ry hxing the boundaries; the respondents will consider the srr ne and pass appropriatb orders in accordance with law and p: yed to grant reasonable time.

Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Assistant Government pleader for Revenue, this Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the respondent Nos.4 and 6 to consider the aforesaid F-Line application uide reference No.TTDERO22 501229444 dated 11.O4.2025 submitted by the petitioner, conduct survey, demarcate the aforesaid land and fix the boundaries strictly in accordance with law, by putting the petitioner and all affected parties on notice and take appropriate steps in accordance with law ald complete the entire exercise within a period of eight (O8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
