with the consent of both the parties, this writ petition is taken up for disposal, at the admission stage.

Heard Mr. Ramu Nallamothu, Iearned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government pleader for services-Ill for respondent Nos.1 to 5.

3 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner retired from service on 30.04.2024 and till now, his retirement benefits were not released by the respondents.

Learned Government^pleader submits that the bills pertaining to the retirement benefits of the petitioner are arready processed. However, due to dearth of funds, the amdunts could not be released to the petitioner on time. Learned Government pleader further submits that as per seriatim of the token numbers, amounts will be released to the beneficiaries.

Having regard to the above submissions, this Writ petition is disposed of djrecting the respondents to release and pay the admitted Pending Final payment of Gratuity Bill Amount of Rs.72,37,866/- vide STO Token No.2516440361, dated 29.06.2024

and Gratuity Bill Amount ot Rs.3,62,734/- vide STO Token No.2516440362, dated 29.06.2024 and Commutation Bill Amount of Rs.17,32,772/- vide STO Token No.2516440363 dated .29.06.2024 and Commutation Bill Amount of Rs.5,06,741l- vide STO Token No.2516440364, dated 29.06.2024, Final ELs and Half Pay Leave Encashment Bill Amount of Rs.II,l9,O42/- vide STO Token No.2507251047, dated L0.05.2024 and ZP GPF Final Payment Bill Amount of l\s.5,45,9t41- vide Token No.2522642060, dated 09.09.2024, pertaining to the petitioner, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of eight (B) weeks from the date of receipt of i: copy of this order.
