Heard Sri.L.Ravichandran, learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Land acquisition appearing for respondent Nos.L to 3. With their consen! the writ petition is

This writ petition has been filed seeking the following prayer:-

"to declare the action of the Respondents more particularly the action of the Respondenf No.3 in not considering tlu Legal Notice dated 30.08.2025 and representation ,f the Petitioner dated 07.10.2025 requesting to release Lnnd Acquisition compensation as arbitrary, illegal and uiolation of Articles 1.4, 19 and 300-A of the Constitution of India and consequently direct tlu Respondent No.3 to release the Land Acquisition compensation payable to the Petitioners in Sy No.244/A, forthuith in respect of their lands acquired by the Respondenf No.3 for construction of Mamunoor Airport."
