Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 5. With their consent, this writ petition is being taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.

This writ petition has been filed seeking to declare the illegal and high-handed action of the responclent Nos.+ and 5 in threatening the petitioner to come to police station and further interfering into his personal life and liberty without following due process of raw being as illegal, arbitrary and violation of Articles 74, 19 and 2L of Constitution of India consequently direct the respondents Nos.4 and 5 not to interfere into the petitioner's personal life and liberty.

Commissionerate, wherein it is submitted that on25j1.0.2025 one A.Haritha lodged a complaint before respondent No.5 against petitioner. on such complaint, GD entry aide penfion No.RCK/VPRM_RCHKD/ 0z12zs/02619 dated 02.12.2025 was made and for the purpose of investigation, the petitioner was called to the police station.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home submits that except conducting investigation, the respondent authorities neither tried to detain the petitioner nor interfered into his personal life and liberty. It is further submitted that the petitioner instead of co-operating with the pending investigation had filed this writ petition.

Recording the submissions made by learned counsel appearing on either side, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case and since the investigation is pending, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition directing respondent authorities to follow due procedure as contemplated under law for further course of action. It is made clear that the petitioner shall co-operate with the pending investigation.
