Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondent Nos.l to 3. with their consent, this writ petition is being taken up for disposal.

This writ petition is filed questioning the action of the respondents in unnecessarily harassing the petitioners by summoning to the police station, especially in the light of the fact that the petitioners/accused have already been acquitted in Crime No.155 of 2ol9 of P.S. Afzalgunj by the Honble Lok Adalat, vide order dated 13.O7.2019 on the file of II Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally Court Complex, Hyderabad.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners were acquitted by way of Lok Adalat Award dated L3.oT.2019 on the

Iile of II Additional chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally court complex, Hyderabad and inspite of the acquittal of the petitioners, the respondent authorities are harassing the petitioners by summoning the petitioners to police station.

Learned Assistant Government pleader appearing for Home submitted that though adjournments had been taken on two occasions for getting instructions, as no instructions are forthcoming, requested the Court to pass appropriate orders.

Recording the submissions, this writ petition is disposed of with consent directing the respondent authorities to fcrllow due procedure as contemplated under law before initiating any further action on the petitioners.
