Heard Sri S'Sridhar, learned^{counsel appearing on} behatf of the^{petitioner and learned SpecialGovernment} Pleader representing learned^{Advocate General} appearing on behalf of^{the respondents.}

The petitioner approached^{theCourt seeking} prayer as under:

It is specific case of the^{petitioner that the} 'respondents are anterfering with^{petitioner'speaceful} possession and enjoyment of^petitioner's land^{to extent} of 20^guntas in survey^{No. 41l11 situated at Khanamet}

Village, Serilingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District for the purpose of laying road without forowing due process of law and the said action is illegal and arbitrary. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner has filed the present Writ petition.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the subject issue in the present Writ Petition is squarely covered by the order of this Court, dated 24.09.2024 passed in W.p.N o.2S7L4 of 2024 and hence, the petitioner herein is entiiled for the similar relief as extended to the petitioner in W.P.No,257L4 ot 2024.

Learned Special Government pteader appearing on behalf of the respondents in the present Writ petition upon instructions submits that the respondents are not interfering with the petitioner,s peaceful possession and enjoyment in respect of land to an extent of 20 guntas in Survey No.41l11, situated at Khanamet Village, Seritingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District

Taking into consideration the said submission made by the learned Special Government pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents, upon instructions and bringing the said submissions on record, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to follow the due procedure laid down under law and also the procedure laid down under G.O.Ms.No.33O, dated 2A.I2.ZOL7 issued by the Telangana State Government pertaining to Transferable Development Rights (TDR). However, there shall be no order as to costs.
