This writ petition is filed seeking to declare the action of the respondent authorities in rejecting the application No.24OOOL27O3, dared 06.03.2024 made by the petitioner seeking for correction of the extent of the land in Sy.No. 129 of Marpadaga Village, Gundala Mandal, yadadri-Bhongir District, as illegal and arbitrary and consequently prayed for other appropria te reliefs.

It is stated that the petitioner is the owner and possessor of the land to an extent of Acs.3.36 guntas in Sy.No.129lA of Marpadaga Village, Gundala Mandal, yadadri-Bhongir District having succeeded the same from his father. It is further stated that his name was mutated in the revenue records and the revenue authorities issued pattadar passbook bearing No.T23O5OO5O74C- uide Khata No.6OO16 under the provisions of the Telangana Rights in Land and pattadar passbooks Act,2O2O (for short "the Act 9 of 2O2O,,1. It is further stated that rvhile issuing pattadar passbook the extent of land was recorded as Acs.3.14 guntas instead of Acs.3.36 guntas, therefore, the petitioner made an application No.24OOO72703, dated

Considered thc submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri L.Ravinder, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 4 and with their consent, this writ petition is being disposed at the admission stagc.

This Court has carefully examined the impugned order rejecting the application submitted for issuance of e-pattadar pass book. Except sal,ing that the "grievance rejected", no^valid reasons whatsoever has been assigned to enable^{the petitioner} to take appropriate action.
