When the matter is taken up, learned Standing Counsel for TGSPDCL, on instructions, submits that as^per the demand notice, dated 15.05.2024 issued by respondent No.5 under Section 34(1) of

Minor Mineral Concession Rules,^{1966, the petitioner-Compaly} has paid an amount of Rs.3,67,168/- througLL^{Challan bearing} No.64O47781.17, dated 28.03.2025 towards^{2Oot,' of the admitted} amounts under One Time Settlement^{(OTS) Scherme to respondent} No.S, for the rcvision application^hled by^{the petitioner.The same is} not seriously disputed by leart-red counsel^{for the petitioner.}
