Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus and Declaration, thereby, Declaring the action of Respondent No. 1 in issuing impugned Provisional Selection Notification dated 04-12-2024 for Junior Lecturer (Hindi) under the control of Commissioner of Intermediate Education without considering the candidature of Petitioner in the Scheduled caste category despite securing more marks than other candidates in Reserved category, as being illegal, arbitrary, unfair, capricious unknown to service^{jurisprudence,} violation of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of lndia.
