Heard Sri P.Rama Sharana Sharma, learned Counsel lor the petitioner and Smt.S.Sravanthi, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents.

The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner filed instant writ petition questioning the action of the respondents in not considering the representation of the petitioner, dated 17.O8.2021 as well as the Me-Seva Application, dated 16.09.2027 for issualce E-Pass Books and demarcation of the boundaries in respect of the lands to an extent of Ac.3.21 guntas, ln Sy.No.246/11, situated at Pillalamarri Village of Suryapet Mandal and District (hereinafter referred to as 'subject property').

The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner had worked in the Indian Navy from

But, the respondents did not consider the applications made by the petitioners, bein11 aggrieved by inaction of the respondent authorities, present writ petition is filed.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader lor Revenue would submit that the respondent authorities will consider the representation made by the petitioner dated 17.08.2021 as u,ell as the Mee-Seva Application dated 16.09.2021 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law and requested to pass appropriate orders.

In view of the submissions made by both sides, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent authorities to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 17.08.2021 as well as the Mee-Seva Application dated 16.09.2O2I, within eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order and communicate the same to the petitioner
