Petitioner seeks a direction to respondellt Nos.2 to 6 to receive the application form and release individual service connections to their property i.e., Southern Part of Plot No. 137, Survey Nos.11/8, lL19, l1l10 and 11/11, Part of Survey No.11, admeasuring 3 I O Sq- yards [Out of 4 17 Sq. yards) , situated at Khanamet (V), Serilingampally (M), Under GHMC, Ranga Reddy District, T.S., bounded by North- Part of Plot No. 137, South- Plot No.136, East 30 Ft. Wide Road, West- Plot No- 140., u,ithout being influenced by the instructions of the 7h respondent - Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation.

Smt.Thakur Roopa Singh, learned counsel for petitioner submits that in somewhat similar circumstances, while dealing with Writ Petition No.2O 121 of 2025, this Court by order d,L.l4.O7 .2025 directed the respondents authorities therein to

Recentll', tirc Hon'blc Supreme Court in Rajenclra .\umqr Bdrjdtgd u. U.P. Aaas Euq.nt Vikas Parishad¹ , in the larger public interest, issued directions in addition to thc directives issued in Re: Directions in the matter of demoliti.on of structures. Relevant for thc purpose of this case are

5- Since the prayer of petitioner is to receive the application form and release individual service connections, this Court without going into merits of the matter, directs the respondents to reccive the application of petitioner and release individual service connections to the subject property, subject to petitioner complying witl'r the directions issued by the Hon,ble Supreme Court in Rajendra Kumar Barjatga's case (supra) and the statutoryrequirements prescribed by the local authorities.
