Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a Writ, Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus or other writ, or orders declaring the inaction of Respondent No.1 Commissioner and lnspector General, Stamps Registration Department, T.S on the grievance ventilated by the Petitioner against the ultra virus action of Respondent No.2-District Registrar, Ranga Reddy District in circumventing the approved amendment dated 13-6-2025 of Society Registration No. 6572 of 2000 Nazarene Grammar School, by issuing ultra virus endorsement dated 22-9-2025 to return the approved amendment dated 131612025 contrary to lndian Registration Act 1908, vide Legal Notice dated 1911012025, including the endorsement dated 22-9-2025 of 2nd Respondent, is illegal, arbitrary, ultra virus, contrary to the provisions of lndian Registration Act 1908 and consequently direct the Respondent No.1 to take action against the^.Respondent No.2-District Registrar, Ranga Reddy District, by acting upon the Legal Notice dated 19-102025 got issued by the Petitioner, exercising his powers strictly in accordance with lndian Registration Act 1908 or any other law time being in force, as was

ordered by this Hon'ble Court under sirnilar circumstances in W.P.No. 10587 of 2025, dated 1-5-2025 between the Petitioner and Respondent No.1 and another therein, in the interest of Article 14,21 of Constitution of lndia.
