and transportation of rice with the petitioner owner of the Rice and consequenfly the Telangana State Public Distribution system control order, 2016 is also inapplicable to the rice belonging to the petitioner and therefore the seizure of the Lorry together with rice effected by the 4th Respondent i.e., Deputy Tahasildar (cS) Patancheru rn seizing Lorry bearing No. It/ H 50 N 4567 together with 400 Bags of rice on oGl10l2025 is illegal, arbitrary and without jurisdiction and consequently direct the respondents to forthwith release the seized Ashok Leyland Lorry Bearing Regd.No. MH 50 N 4567 on o6tiol2o25 seized on 0011012025 to the petitioner, since the said rice and vehicle is not meant for Public Distribution through fair price shops and grant such other relief as it deems fit in the circumstances of the case_
