This Writ Petition is fi led seeking a direction to the respondent No.5 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 18.08.2025 and tlx the propefty tax tbr the renovated building bearing H.No. l-22l1, consisting ol'Cround * 3 floors on schedule mentioned land, after conducting proper enquiry.

Heard the leamed counsel lbr the petitioner and the Sri.K.Pradeep Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for Gram Panchayat appearing for respondent No.5.

Leamed Standing counseI appearing tbr Gram Panchayat has furnished a copy of the photograph ol the building to demonstrate that the building consists of Ground⁺ 4 floors and also a pent house. He submitted that it is an unauthorized construction.

However, the representation of the petitioner dated
