In tlre lieht ol the said discussion, this Writ Petition is clisposecl ol'directing respondent Nos.2 and 3 to consider and disposc ol- the online application bearing ID No. l9'f06020009 1027. dated 16.07.2025, strictly in accordance with larv.^'flrcy shatl consider the lacts that the said property is in Anreenpur Municipality, rvhich is an urban area and the subject property is not an agricultural land. There is an abnomral delay on lhe part ol'the yretitioner in submitting the aloresaid online application. On considerati<ln of the aloresaid lacts, ilrespondent Nos.? ancl ,j are not inclined to accept the request rnade by the petitioner, thcy shall assign specific reasons, pass a reasoned orclcr ancl coulnrunicate the copy of the sarne to the petitioner.
