Petition under Article 226 of lhe Constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Mandamus, declaring the inaction of the respondents in not considering and not taking any action on petitioner of application, dated. 11.06.2025 for Survey and fixing boundaries of his land admeasuring Ac.2.08 gts in survey No.154/A and 4c.2.29 gts in survey No. 155/A, situated at Gollapally Village, Chevella Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, as illegal, arbitrary and violation of principles of natural justice and consequently direct the respondents to consider the application of the petitioner dated. 1 1.06.2025.

Heard leamed counsel for the petitioner and Mr. L.Ravinder, learned Assistant Govemment Pleader for Revenue.

Petitioner herein is claiming that he is the absolute owner 1n and possessor of the land admeasuring Ac.2.08 guntas Sy.Nos.l54/A and Ac.2.29 guntas in Sy.No. 155/4, situated at Gollapally Village, Chevella Mandal, Ranga Reddy District. In proof of the same, he has filed copies of latest pattadar passbook and title deed. He has submitted online application vide I.D.No.TTAOD022500072452, dated 11.06.2025 with a request to conduct survey and demarcate the said property by fixing the boundaries. Despite receiving and acknowledging the same, respondent No.4 did not act upon the same. Aggrieved by the said inaction of respondent No.4, petitioner filed the present Writ Petition.

Perusal of the online application submitted by the petitioner would reveal that he has mentioned as 'Appeals on Demarcation Receip( on the top ofthe application. Therefore, it appears that he

has not sought for survey and demarcation of the siLi t property. If he wants survey and demarcation of the said prop,)r ty, he has to submit F-line application to respondent No.4 along with all the relevant documents with a specific request to condutrt sun.ey and demarcate the said property by fixing the boundaries and it is for respondent No.4 to consider the same

In the light of the aforesaid discussion, this \V'it Petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to s:bmit F-line application along with all the relevant documents t -., respondent No.4 with a specific request to conduct survey and c emarcate the said property by fixing the boundaries. On receipt of tlre said F-line application, respondent No.4 shall consider the same i nd dispose it of in accordance with the procedure laid down unCer la.w. If respondent No.4 is not inclined to accept the request made by the petitioner, he shall assign specific reasons, pass a re rsoned order and communicate a copy of the same to the petitione-. However, he shall complete the entire exercise within a periorl of forty-five (45) working days from the date of receipt of trt: said f-line application. There shall be no order as to costs.
