Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr.L.Ravinder, Iearned Assistant Government Pleader flor Revenue appearing for the respondents.

According to the petitioners, the 1" petitioner's husband and 2"d petitioner's father, late Begari Samappa was absolute owner and possessor of land admeasuring Ac.O.32 guntas ln Sy.No.146/6/10, situated at Bardipur Village, Jharasangam Mandal, Sanga Reddy District. He died on 28.07.2023 leaving petitioners and two daughters The said details are specilically mentioned 1n legal heir certificate filed by the petitioners. Thereafter, petitioners submitted an online application bearing No.2300156366, dated 17.1O.2023, to respondent No.4 with a request to issue succession and mutation proceedings. Despite receiving and acknowledging said online application, respondent No.4 did

not act upon the sarne. Aggrieved by the si r d inaction of respondent No.4, petitioners hled the presenl ',,rit petition

As discussed supra, according to the pr::il.ioners, there are two daughters to petitioner No. 1 an:I late Begari Samappa. Thcir details are mentioned in fi,r.r-rilv member certificate. Tl-rerefore, petitioners have to submit joint agreement in terms of Rule 7 of Telangana Bhu Bharati Rules along rr.ith aforesaid online applicariorr and it is for the responcient No.4 to consider and dispose c['the same.

4 In the prcsent case, petitioners did not filr: copy of the said joint agrt:ement in terms of Rule 7 of 1-.:: angana Bhu Bharati Rules. Therefore this writ petition ]S disposed of granting libertv to the petitioners to submit i,r fresh online application to respondent No.4 along rr'r th relevant documents in<'luding joint agreement in terrns of Rule 7 of Bhu Bharathi Rules u,ith a request to issue ncrr succession, mutation proccedings and e-passbook and title deed.
