This Writ Petition is filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus, declaring the actions of respondents 2 to 4 in demolishing and dispossessing the petitioner from his house bearing H.No. 4-191/565/A2/Al , admeasuring lOO sq. yds., situatecl in Sy. No. 191 or 338/1, Nizampet Village, Nizampet Municipality, Bachupally Mandal, Medchal_Malkajgiri District, as illegal, arbitrary, contrary to law, and in violation of Articles 14,21 , and 3OO-A of the Constitution of India. Consequently, the petitioner seeks a direction to the respondents not to dispossess him from his house.

Sri Ramakrishna, learned counsel representing the counsel on record for the petitioner, submits that the petitioner is in lawful possession of land measuring lO0 square yards., on which he has constructed a small house.
