Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.L.Ravinder, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents

The Petitioner herein is claiming that he is the absolute owner ard possessor of the land admeasuring Ac.O.38 guntas ln Sy.No. 164, situated at Dontanpalli Village, Shankarpalli Mandal, Ranga Rddy District. He has submitted F-Line application bearing

No.DER0224Oll2ol42, dated 18. 12.2024, to respondent No.4, with a request to conduct survey and demarcate the subject property by fixing boundaries. Despite receiving and acknowledging the said F-Line application, respondent No.4 did not act upon the same. Aggrieved by the said inaction of respondent No.4, the petitioner has f,rled the present writ petition.

In the old pattadar passbooks, the survey number is mentioned as 164 /7 whereas in the present case, he has mentioned the survey number as 164 in the F-Line

Therefore, t he petitioner I has to submit proper F-Line applicatrr,n with 4th respondent by mentioning the correct suryer number with a specihc request to conduct survey and r[ 'marcate the subject property by fixing boundaries. On recelpt of the said application, the 4th respondent sha,ll r:onsider and dispose of the same in accordance with law

In the light of the said discussion, the li rit Petition is disposed cf granting Iiberty to the petitione^- to submit a fresh F-Line application with the 4h re s,pondent by specifically mentioning survey number, viil:r3t name etc., along with relevant documents with a specilic request to conduct sr-rrvey and demarcate the subje<:t property by fi-xing boundaries. On receipt of the said ap grlication, the 4tr. responrlent shall consider the same, cor duct survey and demar:ate the subject property by Iixing lrrundaries. If respondent No.4 is not inclined to accept the r,,:quest made by the petitioner, he shall assign specific re.rsons, pass a reasoned orcier and communicate the copy o' the same to the petitiorer. He shall complete the entire er:rrrcise within
