Petition under Article 226 o'f the Constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction, more particularly a writ in the nature of Mandamus, deelaring the inaction of the Respondent No.2 in considering the application of the petitioner vide representation dated. 04.03 2024 for appointment as Government Khazi for Pargi Mandal without affording the Petitioner a reasonable opportunity of being heard, and without duly considering the material placed on record is arbitrary, illegal, unjust, violative of Section 2 of the Kazis Act, 1BB0 (Central Act Xll of 1880), contrary to the Comprehensive lnstructions/ Guidelines issued vide G.O. N/s. No.24, I/inorities Welfare Department, dated 29.04.2022, violative of the principles of naturaljustice, and violative of Article 14 of the Constitution of India and consequently, this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to direct the respondent No.2 to consider the representation of the Petitione] dated 04.03.2024 for appointment as Government Khazi for Pargi fVlandal.
