disposed ofl, directing respondent No.3 not to interfere with the financial disputes between the petitioners and respondent No.4 without following the due process of law. However, this order will not preclude respondent No.3 from conducting

enquiry/investigation, in the event of receipt of any complaint against the petitioners and respondent No.4, strictly in accordance with the procedure laid down under the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.There shall be no order as to costs
