5 In view of the said submissions and following the order and the reasons stated in W.P.No.2O2OO of 2OtB dated 20.0L.2O25, thc Writ petition is allowed by setting aside the rmpugned order in Rc.No.A/562/2011 dated t6.O7.2011 passed by the respondent No.2 and the asslgnment patta granted to the petitioners rn respect of the suit schedule land needs no interference by the respondents on the ground of distance from the Marrdal Head euarters No order as to costs.
