pleased to issue an order, writ or direction, more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the 3rd Respondent rahsildar in trying to entertaini registering the documents presented by the unofficial respondents 4 to B in connection with the petitioner's agricultural lands situated in sy No.1 1g and 1 13 to an extent of Ac.30.2600 gts situated at Ramavaram village, Kodakandla [\4andal, Jangoan District without considering the representation / legal notice dated 12.03.2023 a partition suit is pending in oS No. BB of 2023 (old) and os No. 74512o2s on the file of Additionat Junior civil Judge court, Jangaon is illegal, arbitrary and against to the principles of natural justice and also opposed to Articles 14, 19,21 and 300-4 of constitution of lndia and consequently to direct the 3rd respondent not to entertain / register any document presented by the unofficial respondents 4 to g by considering the representation / legal notice dated 12.03.2023 of the petitionersin the interest of justice.
