Heard Sri Srinivas Emani, learned cottnsel for the petitioners and Sri Karam Chendu Komireddy', learned on counsel for the respondents. Perused the material record

This Civil Revision Petition is Illed assiriling the docket order dated 29.04.2025 passed in I.A No.349 of 2023 in I.A No.1250 of 2022 in O.S No.432 ol2022 by the Junior Civil Judge, Kalwakurthy (herein after rcferred as 'triai Court').

Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners filed I.A No.349 of 2023 in I.A No.125O of 2022 in O.S No.432 of 2022 for appointing Advocate Commissioner to note the physical features and to measure the suit schedule propert5r. As the suit is pending since long time, learned counsel for the petitioners requested this Court to direct the tearned trial Court to dispose of the matter as early as possible.

Without going into merits of the case, this civil revision petition is disposed of directing the Junior Civil Judge, Kalwakurthy to dispose of the I.A No.349 of 2023 in I.A No.1250 of 2022 in O.S No.432 of 2022 as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
