This Writ Petition is frled challenging the inaction of^the respondents in not considering the representation of^the petitioners to shift the Diesel Oil Retail Outlet from the premises bearing Municipal No.3-9-129, in Survey No.¹²⁶⁴ lA & 1264 lAA, consisting of R.C.C. rooms and open^place, admeasuring 127' x 128', situated near Ma1'ura Talkies,^near Auto Nagar locality, in Medak Town, Medak Mandal and District.

Heard Raj ashekar Tha-llapally, learned counsel^{for the} petitioners, arrd Sri Dominic Fernandes, Iearned Standing Counsel for Indian Oil Corporation Limited^(IOCL),for respondent Nos. 1 and 2. Perused the record.
