4- Learned Assistant Government pleader for Home appearing for respondent Nos'L to 6 placed on record instructions issued by sub-Inspector of Police, Chinnambavi police Statiory Wanaparthy District, wherein it is submitted that respondent No.6 have not received any complaint against petitioner ancl the question of respondent No.6 restraining the petitioner from cultivating the subject land does not arise. It is further submitted that respondent No'6 neither visited the subiect land nor had restrained the petitioner from entering into the subject land.
