Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate Writ, Order, or Direction, more particularly in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the inaction of the Respondents in processing and disposing of the Petitioners application dated 07.05.2025 and the subsequent reminder daled 12.O7.2025 for building permission as illegal, arbitrary, and violative of Section 114(3) of the Telangana panchayat Raj Act, 201g, and consequently direct the Respondents to accord formal approval for the said building permission and permit the Petitioner to commence construction on the subject plots bearing Nos. 30 to 48 situated at Kangaguda Village, Farooq Nagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, Telangana State, and further be pleased to declare such inaction as violative of the Petitioners fundamental and constitutional rights guaranteed under Articles 14 and 300-A of the Constitution of lndia
